Move-In
A.Services offered:

⑶Transport exhibits from airport/seaport to the storage place in exhibition center

⑸Assist exhibitors to open the carton/crate and place the exhibits on its booth
⑹Store empty carton/crate during the exhibition period

Move-In service for exhibits transported by Supervising Vehicle
A.Service from the gate of the exhibition hall to the booth
1)Take over exhibits outside the exhibition hall
2)Arrange Customs clearance，booking Customs for inspection
3)Transport the exhibits from the storage place to the booth
4)Assist the exhibitors to open cases and place bulky cargo (excluding assembling)
5)Store empty cases and packages in warehouse
B.Charges
Transport the exhibits from the gate of the exhibition hall to the booth (including open cases & store empty cases)---USD60/CBM, Minimum: USD60/shpt

1)Bring empty cases from warehouse to booth

I. For exhibits over 10tons, unit dimension less than 6M(L)×2.2M(W)×2.3M(H)，plus 20% on moving in & out charge
II. For exhibits less than 10tons，unit dimension over 6M(L)×2.2M(W)×2.3M(H)，plus 25% on moving in & out charge
III. For exhibits over 10 tons， unit dimension over 6M(L)×2.2M(W)×2.3M(H)，plus 30% on moving in & out charge
H、In case exhibit has a late arrival in Dalian and special handling is required, there will be 30% emergency handling surcharge in addition.
I、Other charges not stated in“shipping guideline”, such as D/O fee, customs inspection fee, fumigation fee, etc, are at cost.
VIII. Exhibitor should pay for the guarantee fee if it required by customs. COSCO can pay the advance payment, but exhibitor should pay 2% commission charge plus Guarantee amount.
IX. Customs Transfer exhibits within China have no difference with exhibits imports from abroad.
